Created with this mindset, our Innovation Management Office aims to facilitate innovation processes in Golden Gateway in a systematic, inclusive and sustainable manner. 

Systematic Innovation Processes

Our innovation efforts are managed via a structured process where the steps are defined and chance factor is minimized. 
Key stages of our processes include:

  • Identification of Units and Training: Units where innovation activities take place are selected, and special trainings are provided to our co-workers to improve their innovative thinking skills. 
  • Brainstorming Sessions: Our co-workers meet and discuss department-specific topics to develop creative ideas.
  • Consolidation and Evaluation of Ideas: Developed ideas are scored objectively based on certain criteria (effects on revenues/expenses, customer satisfaction, level of innovativeness, etc.)
  • Managerial Presentation and Approval: High-potential ideas are presented to board of directors, and, for approved ideas, a project is designed to launch them. 
  • Application and Monitoring: Approved projects are launched and regularly monitored by our Project Management Office. 
  • Recognition of Success: Our co-workers with important innovative contributions are pronounced and awarded as “Innovation Leaders”. 

Thanks to this systematic structure, we not only encourage individual creativity but also ensure innovative ideas transform into corporate value generation.
